To calculate NPS, the percentage of detractors is subtracted from the percentage of promoters. The resulting score can range from -100 to +100, with higher scores indicating greater customer loyalty and satisfaction.
For example, if 50% of respondents are promoters, 20% are passives, and 30% are detractors, the NPS would be:

An NPS of 20 is considered a good score, indicating that customers are generally satisfied and loyal to the product or service.
